Title: Sales Manager –northern area(male or female)
Department: Sales Division – Beijing, China
Reports to: Deputy General Manager -Sales
Job Objective :
Responsibilities:
Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Maintain good customer relationship and the company
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Assist and support all marketing activities
Complete all company request sales reporting on a timely manner to head of sales
Requirements :
At least Degree in Business Studies and above or equivalent (bachelor or above, well-known university)
A minimum of five years working in the similar role
Good understanding of Enterprise Software business
Comfortable with Multi National Software Companies internal processes
Ability to get in details, and solve problems
Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
Skillful in handling all sales issues in sales cycle(solution selling)
Experienced in sales on food &beverage /pm oriented manufacture/engineering/utilities industries
