职位描述：
Summary:
This job will need to work with customers to create demand for MPS Products and Build relationships
with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage key accounts to achieve the sales goal and drive new design-ins and design-wins
2. Customer relationship building
3. Coordinate with distributors on sales forecast, customer demand and inventory control
4. Coordinate with FAE and Marketing team on new product promotion and new market penetration
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, over 5 years experience in
sales/ marketing of Analog or Mix signal IC
2. Experience with power management or motor driver is preferred.
3. Familiar with consumer markets or automotive/industrial markets
4. Good communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Positive and aggressive attitude
6. Solid ability to communicate in English
