1. Annual analysis of the Chinese livestock market with a focus on poultry and pork production.
2. Development and implementation of strategy to allow to maximize our potential to generate sales at acceptable profit margins within the context of the market analysis.
3. Direct oversight of domestic sales force.
4. Overnight travel approximately 60% of time.
5. Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to support sales objectives.
6. Develop and manage a budget to achieve objectives.
7. Carry out and oversee continuous effective communications between appropriate executives, managers, and stakeholders of Shanghai Val and, when appropriate across the whole organization.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Marketing related fields.
• 3 Years sales management experience.
• Strong dedication to customer service and to moral, ethical and transparent conduct in all interactions with customers, vendors, co-workers, management and any others involved in the business process.
• Proficient computer and typing skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, written and verbal.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
o Includes occasional international travel.
• Must be able to use copy machine, fax machine, scanner and other office equipment.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Comfortable interactionin a professional manner with customers and coworkers by way of personal contact, phone, fax, e-mail and other communication methods
