岗位职责：
Job Duty:
1.负责管理本公司文件体系的开发、维护、实施事宜；
Manage the development, maintainance and operation of quality documents .
2.负责管理公司内/外部故障质量成本的统计、分析、控制；
Manage summany, analysis and control of internal and external quality issue.
3.负责管理公司内部以及外部质量事故的处理；
Manage handling of internal and external quality failure.
4.负责管理公司实物质量的控制；
Manage parts quality control internally.
5.负责供应商评审，指导、协助重大客户投诉的处理；
Audit supplier,guide and assist handle with customer complaint.
6.及时发现产品存在问题，并第一时间反馈。
Find the quality problem in time,and feed back to relevent Dep.or people.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1.Bachelor or abvoe,mechanical major，more than 5 years experience in quality area of injection industry.
本科及以上学历，机械相关专业，5年以上注塑行业质量管理经验；
2.Have ISO9000 internal auditor certificate,be familiar with testing product and using test equipment.
持有ISO9000内审员证，熟悉常用产品检测和测量仪器的使用；
3.Affluent of field quality management experience,good analyse and judge skill,prevent and correct quality.丰
丰富的现场质量管理经验，具备良好的分析判断能力，预防并纠正质量问题；

4.具备团队管理经验，有责任心；
Have experience in team management,have responsibility.
5.逻辑思维能力强，处事干练，善于沟通；
Good logical thinking,experienced,and be good at communication.
6.熟练掌握OFFICE软件;
Be familiar with OFFICE software.
7.英语流利，德国人或意大利人为佳。
Fluent English, German or Italian would be better.
