职位描述：
Summary:
This job will need to work with customers to create demand for MPS Products and Build relationships
with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive distributors to grow revenue and achieve sales goal
2. Regular distributor management in forecast, backlog and inventory control
3. Push distributors on new product promotion and new market penetration
4. Regular customer visit
5. Coordinate with FAE and Marketing team on market analysis and new product promotion
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, over 5 years experience in
sales/ marketing of Analog or Mix signal IC
2. Experience with power management or motor driver is preferred.
3. Familiar with consumer markets or automotive/industrial markets
4. Good communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Positive and aggressive attitude
6. Solid ability to communicate in English
